Attestation (signing of your Will):

You are here: Home » Attestation (signing of your Will):

Your Will becomes a legally valid and binding document once it has been signed correctly.

Your signature must be witnessed by two independent people who must be present with you as you sign.

Legally, there are laws about who can or cannot be your Witnesses. Therefore, to ensure your Will is signed correctly, Landseer Registry.com oversee all Attestations. This helps to prevent doubt and complications in the future when your Will is required following your demise.

We also assist where Testators are blind, infirm or unable to read and/or write and therefore require special arrangements.
