You can store your Will anywhere you choose, however imagine if you were to die in a house fire and your Will is destroyed in the same fire.

In the eyes of the Law, you will have died with no Will (Intestate).

Whilst you continue to pay for secure Will storage, you are entitled to free* annual updates (if required). Your Will is professionally bound to ensure it remains a complete document. You will also receive a bound copy of your Will, to keep in a secure place in your home.

You will receive storage details for each of your Executors, containing a unique storage reference number, together with details of where you Will is stored and how to retrieve it. Alternatively, your executor(s) can contact Landseer Registry.com to retrieve your Will on their behalf, subject to the receipt of a copy of your death certificate.
